What we do

We operate at the intersection of management consulting, leadership development, and corporate wellness. We don't separate these disciplines — we integrate them into a single, coherent system we call Human Capacity Architecture (HCA).

HCA names six dimensions of human capacity (Identity, Nervous System, Cognitive, Relational, Purposive, and Behavioural) and trains them through two diagnostic instruments and a daily practice rhythm.

What it is: A free personal leadership performance diagnostic measuring 12 dimensions of internal architecture across three pillars — Attention, Energy, and Direction.

Team Climate Scan

What it is: An organisational diagnostic measuring six relational dimensions of team climate — psychological safety, trust dynamics, communication quality, role clarity, pressure response, and energy/morale.

Length: 30 questions per respondent. Takes about 10 minutes per person.

Format: Available as an individual scan or as a multi-respondent team campaign.

What you receive: A branded 4-page PDF report including a hexagonal team radar chart, divergence analysis (where team members agree and disagree), cross-dimension pattern insights (synergies and tensions), and recommended interventions. Campaign reports aggregate responses for organisations.
