## About

The Glow Collective is a South Africa-based management consulting, leadership development, and corporate wellness firm. Founded by Candice Adams. We operate at the intersection of organisational psychology, neuroscience, and business strategy.

We don't do surface-level wellness. We architect human capacity — the systems, rituals, and leadership structures that make performance sustainable.

## Current product status (beta)

The Glow Collective is currently in a curated beta release. Two diagnostic instruments are live and publicly available:

- **Align Index** — free personal leadership diagnostic (12 dimensions, 74 questions, ~20 min)
- **Team Climate Scan** — organisational team-health diagnostic (6 dimensions, 30 questions, ~10 min per respondent)

The broader Align personal performance platform (full guided practice library, AI Coach, multi-week protocol programmes, ritual stacks) is in active development and not yet publicly launched. Anything described below as "Align platform features" reflects the in-development product, not what is currently shippable to the public.

### Align — Personal Performance Platform (in development)
A digital leadership performance app that operationalises the four-pillar Glow Method (Attention, Energy, Direction, Execution). Inside the app, daily practices are organised across **Mind, Body, Purpose** as the experiential layer of the same architecture. Currently live: Align Index diagnostic. In development: full practice library, AI coaching, multi-week protocol programmes, ritual stacks, morning check-ins, journaling.

### Diagnostics
- **Align Index**: A personal leadership performance diagnostic measuring 12 dimensions across three of the four Glow Method pillars (Attention, Energy, Direction). The fourth pillar, Execution, is developed through practice rather than measured by the diagnostic. Free, 74 questions, takes about 20 minutes, produces a detailed PDF report.
- **Team Climate Scan**: An organisational diagnostic measuring six dimensions of team health: psychological safety, trust dynamics, communication quality, role clarity, pressure response, and energy/morale. Available for individual scans and multi-respondent campaigns.

## Philosophy — The Glow Method

The Glow Method has **four operational pillars**: Attention, Energy, Direction, Execution.

- The **Align Index** diagnostic measures the first three (Attention, Energy, Direction) across 12 dimensions.
- **Execution** is developed through daily practice, not measured by the diagnostic.
- Inside the **Align app**, practices are organised as **Mind / Body / Purpose** — the experiential layer of the same architecture, not a competing framework.
- The underlying meta-framework is the **Human Capacity Architecture (HCA)**, which names six dimensions of human capacity: Identity, Nervous System, Cognitive, Relational, Purposive, Behavioural.

- Organisational psychology
- Somatic intelligence
- Integration science (not balance — integration)

Core belief: Leadership performance is a function of human capacity. Capacity is designable, measurable, and sustainable when properly architected.
